EPE Sheet Slitting Machine

Application: Mainly used for cutting EPE sheet into slices instead of the traditional vertical cutting machine by the method of horizontal and vertical cutting.

Operating Principle: Controlling servo motor by PLC, and rollers by patented variable speed mechanism as to locate the machining length.

Performance advantage:

1. Mitsubishi PLC is adopted with Weinview touch screen, and it is more stable.

2. The vertical cutters are control by electromagnetic clutch, which makes the speed faster.

3. Cost-saving with less top and tail.

4. Cutting thickness: 5-120mm.

5. The most narrow width 20mm available.
